Away from the house is a long building which affords stabling for up to 8 horses as well as a tractor shed and other store rooms.

Description Land: 25,000m2 (2ha). A lovely river-stone walled garden area surrounds the pool area. An idyllic spot filled with the smell of the beautiful roses and where on can gaze at the mountains in the distance. Beyond this is a lovely big open field (previously for the horses) bordered by a row of olive trees. There are little nooks and crannies scaterred about and also a square lap of land used as a veggie garden. A part of the property bordering the track running past it is walled. All in all the whole surrounding area is very pretty and rural.

Water Supply: Company water and an own well are used supply the house and for irrigation.
