With the remodelling of the current rooms, kitchen, laundry room, service areas, washrooms and banquet hall, which is mainly finished, except for the laundry and current rooms. With the construction of a gym, sauna, bath and dressing rooms ( 112 m2 ) by the pool, a tennis court, a putting green, a children`s park, besides the bath and dressing rooms for the staff ( 35 m2 ). It also includes the power lines, water lines and pipes, gas lines, sewage system and obviously the acquire of the fundamental equipment for all installations.
