Description Land: 25,000m2 (2ha). A lovely river-stone walled garden area surrounds the pool area. An idyllic spot filled with the smell of the beautiful roses and where on can gaze at the mountains in the distance. Beyond this is a lovely big open field (previously for the horses) bordered by a row of olive trees. There are little nooks and crannies scaterred about and also a square lap of land used as a veggie garden. A part of the property bordering the track running past it is walled. All in all the whole surrounding area is very pretty and rural.

Access: Good. From the city tarred road, one follows a dirt track which is in good condition and passes very pretty rural scenes to arrive at the house after about 300m.
