Iberian Equestrian Property is a marketing portal specifically listing properties throughout Spain and Portugal which meet the requirements of horse owners.
Iberian Equestrian Property will be marketed in major English speaking Equestrian publications, resulting in all listings being exposed to the equestrian markets of Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. We also have a forum for users which, once established, will generate traffic to the site.
By listing appropriate properties with us, our agents and owners gain the attention of potential purchasers who know what they are looking for in a property. There is no deliberation over whether they would rather have an Apartment or Villa, Detached or Townhouse, Garden or Balcony. Urban or Rural! They all seek the same thing ? LAND. In general, horse enthusiasts are more interested in facilities for equine comfort and activities than the proximity of a golf course, bars and restaurants.
The priority of these clients is viable land. Stables etc. do not need to exist on the finca/quinta. The land should be relatively flat, with conditions suitable for growing grass/crops should water availability permit. Rocky, steep land is not an option. We ask that all listings have a minimum land area of 5,000 sq. mts., the only exceptions being properties which have existing stables and arena.

All listings and marketing are Free of Charge. We offer our advertising services on a No Sale, No Fee basis. If we refer a client and it results in the sale of any property by your agency, we will then charge a fee for the referral.
